Well, sorta...actually the view is of the skybridge between the hospital and the surgery pavilion. Not very scenic, but it does mean that Mike has graduated from the ICU and is on a "regular" floor. Other than the change of venue, things are about as last reported. Mike's just trying to get some rest (easier said than done in a hospital!).
I will post whenever there is news. Thanks again for the comments and e-mails; it's always great to hear from people.

glad Mike has escaped ICU! that the good news... the bad news is that ever since he left ICU the Mariners have started losing. Well it's only the second inning -let's hope we don't have send Mike back tonight....

Trish, that is great news, any view is good, eh? We're so glad the flap has adjusted to it's new home, that was so critical! Every day will be a little better for Mike now.
It took me a while to comment because I had accidentally deleted the site (Tom found it for me again) and then was taking part in a flame war :-)

We were on "doggie and kitty" duty tonight and life in Woodinville is just fine. All residents seem to be happy, and no problems at the house. So happy to hear that things are doing well with Mike - must be all that tender loving care you are giving him!

Skybridge view--now that's interesting. Do you see the people walking inside or just some walls? Sorry about the difficulty getting any rest in a hospital--hope the commotion subsides with the evening hours. Last time I was a patient, I remember nurses laughing and joking right outside my door, and all I wanted was some sleep!
I'm about to give up on the Mariners tonight--this must be one of those character-building games. I wish you both a good night's rest.
